Digging Deeper Into Biblical Words ~ Peace

Observations

Peace comes from God.

The apostles, especially Paul, in spite of all of his various intense trials and in spite of sometimes writing forceful letters of correction, often started with a greeting asking for God’s peace.

A consistent theme is encouraging believers to make choices and to take action to live at peace with one another.

My heart longs for more peace.

What are your observations about the word peace in the following Scriptures?

Matthew 5:9
